Here you will be welcomed in the medieval village for a journey through time and taste. In these medieval ovens, PDO bread is still baked in wood following centuries-old rituals. * Altamura Man: You'll learn the story of the world's only remaining intact Neanderthal skeleton, a 150,000-year-old paleontological treasure.
