The cooking class will make use of the ingredients harvested at the farm, and guests will be guided by a local chef. During the class, participants will have the opportunity to roast their own selected coffee beans, learn how to make traditional tortillas with cheese, and create hash browns using yuca. This hands-on experience will empower guests to discover the flavors and techniques that make Costa Rican cuisine unique

Located within the Chachagua Rainforest Hotel & Hot Springs, guests will have the opportunity to embark on a unique culinary journey and immerse themselves in the authentic Costa Rican cuisine at Rancho Don Lelo. After a short hike through the hotel’s forest reserve alongside a knowledgeable naturalist guide, guests will arrive at the Don Lelo Farm.
