She will teach you how to choose the best products from the Halles market, to cook them skilfully and nevertheless, joyfully.
You will discover Provençal traditions rethought by a contemporary cook attentive to your well-being and the preservation of the Planet.
If you had the chance to know the Maison Trvier in Carpentras, you will be delighted to find Gina and her good humor.
