Pick-up service is available only from hotels located on the European side of Istanbul, specifically in the following areas: Sultanahmet, Aksaray, Laleli, Grand Bazaar, Sirkeci, Karaköy, Taksim, Beyoğlu, Fatih, Eminönü, Cankurtaran, Şişli, Kadırga, Kumkapı, and Beyazıt. Please note: Hotel pick-up is not available from the Asian side of Istanbul. Travelers staying on the Asian side are kindly requested to come directly to the meeting point at Sultanahmet Old City Travel Agency (Peykhane Street No:49, Sultanahmet).
The meeting point is Sultanahmet Old City Travel Agency, located on Peykhane Street No:49, near the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Tram Station. It is a short walk from the main square. Please look for the agency sign at the entrance.

Istanbul Aquarium is one of Europe’s largest and most impressive thematic aquariums, located in the modern Florya district near the shores of the Marmara Sea. Covering an area of 22,000 square meters, it offers visitors a fascinating journey through 17 themed zones, each representing a different part of the world — from the tropical rainforests of South America to the mysterious depths of the Black Sea.
