With this Yoga practice on a surfboard in the sea, you will discover the wonderful fusion of the serenity of yoga and the revitalizing energy of the ocean. Immerse yourself in a unique adventure where you will find a perfect balance between body and mind while you float gently on the clear waters of our coasts.

You will be able to enjoy the experience whether you are accompanied or traveling alone, since the groups are from 1 to 4 people, to personalize it even more.

In addition, Arguineguin is a local fishing village, which maintains an average temperature of 20-25 degrees all year round, is very well connected by public transport, has parking, a municipal market and all services.

After the session, you can take advantage of the day at the beach, eat something in local restaurants or visit other places of interest, since Mogán or Maspalomas are just 15 minutes away by car.

What to expect

Would you like to start the day by giving yourself a moment of connection with yourself, with your breath, with nature, creating a memorable moment to return to whenever you need it?
What if you also increase your strength and balance, relax and have fun while challenging yourself? Then you have to practice SUP Yoga!
Sup Yoga is a totally different yoga experience from the one performed on the floor of a studio since it is practiced on a paddle surf board, and in this case in the sea.
You will enjoy all the increased benefits of practicing yoga, while having fun.
You only have to get to the beach where I will be waiting for you with all the equipment ready.
First, I will give you some paddle surfing instructions so that you can paddle to our floating studio where we will anchor and start the class.
Do not worry if you have never done paddle surfing or yoga, because the experience is suitable for all levels, since the poses (asanas) are adapted to the personal level of each one.
It is an activity that requires full attention, with the aim of not falling, but remember that if you do, it will add a touch of fun and you will refresh yourself.
