Glide across the emerald lake on a traditional pletna, a wooden boat rowed standing up, as it has been for centuries. Climb the 99 steps on Bled Island, ring the wishing bell and hear the legend behind it. Then head up to Bled Castle, Slovenia’s oldest, perched on a cliff high above the water, for a spectacular view over the lake, the island and the Alps beyond.
Finish with a slice of kremšnita, Bled’s famous cream cake, at a lakeside café. Want more? Add a short but steep climb to the Ojstrica viewpoint for Bled’s postcard view, or a dose of adrenaline on the Dolinka Zipline. ✨

When we arrive to Bled, the firs thing you will experience is the traditional pletna boat ride to the Bled island - the boat is operated with a signle rower. Alternatively you can rent a small boat and row to the island yourself.

2Bled Castle (Blejski Grad)
After visiting the island, your driver will take you to Bled Castle, dramatically perched on a cliff high above Lake Bled. Here, you can explore the museum and discover the rich history of the region. From the castle’s vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of Lake Bled in all its breathtaking beauty.

3Lake Bled
Along the shores of Lake Bled, you can enjoy a relaxing stroll with stunning views of the lake, while watching graceful swans glide across the water. If you prefer to unwind, stop by one of the charming lakeside cafés—don’t miss the chance to try kremšnita, the famous Bled cream cake.
