Pickup is available from Dubai hotels, apartments, and selected meeting points between 2:00 PM and 2:10 PM (exact time will be confirmed after booking).
Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Travelers staying in Sharjah or Ajman can be picked up from designated meeting locations in Dubai.
Pickup is not available from the airport or remote areas such as Jebel Ali, Bab Al Shams, or Al Maha Resort.
