This half day experience allows you to visit an organic farm with several plantations where you can choose the products of the harvest to prepare your own food. This is a fun and educational way to learn more about Ecuadorian cuisine, where you will learn to make typical dishes with natural and fresh ingredients. You will be surprised how easy and tasty it is to cook with products from the farm to your table. Then we will participate in an entertaining and educational experience to learn more about the wonderful world of chocolate. Discover how cocoa is grown, harvested, fermented and dried, the most valued in the world for its quality and flavor.
Taste the cocoa fruit and learn about its properties and health benefits. Participate in an artisan chocolate workshop, where you will learn how to roast, grind, refine, temper cocoa and create your own chocolate bars or chocolates with different flavors and percentages of chocolate. You will be an expert chocolatier!
