Taste the cocoa fruit and learn about its properties and health benefits. Participate in an artisan chocolate workshop, where you will learn how to roast, grind, refine, temper cocoa and create your own chocolate bars or chocolates with different flavors and percentages of chocolate. You will be an expert chocolatier!

Ceviche
Ceviche is a typical dish consisting of marinated seafood or fish, onion, tomato, cilantro, accompanied by roasted corn or popcorn.

They are typical snacks of Ecuadorian gastronomy, prepared with grated yucca, cheese, egg and other ingredients.
