Our safari begins in Dar es Salaam, where travelers will be picked up from their hotel or pre-selected point and transferred to the Magufuli SGR Train Station. Board the modern SGR fast train for a 1.30-hour trip to Morogoro SGR Station at Kihonda, saving over 90 minutes compared to road travel.

Upon arrival at Kihonda SGR station, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred directly to the breathtaking Udzungwa Mountains National Park. Nestled in southern Tanzania, Udzungwa Mountains National Park is a true gem, celebrated for its dramatic landscapes and extraordinary biodiversity. This lush paradise features pristine tropical rainforests, montane and miombo woodlands, sweeping grasslands, and open steppes. Home to over 400 bird species, thousands of plant varieties, and six primate species, including the rare and endemic Iringa red colobus and Sanje crested mangabey—Udzungwa proudly ranks as Africa’s second-most biodiverse national park. From Morogoro town, this magnificent park lies about 105km. approximately one hour and forty minutes drive time. Mikumi National Park, is renowned for its diverse wildlife and scenic landscapes. It covers an area of approximately 3,230 square kilometers and is part of the larger Nyerere (Selous) ecosystem. Visitors to Mikumi can observe a wide array of animals, including large herds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and wildebeests. Predators such as lions, leopards, and hyenas are also commonly seen. The park is home to some rare animals, such as the African wild dog and the elusive eland.
