This private experience invites you into one of the city’s most beautiful & storied neighborhoods, known for its grand mansions, distinctive architecture, and the families and figures who shaped its past and present. From historic residents to modern celebrities, the Garden District offers a layered glimpse into New Orleans life beyond the French Quarter.

It is not just houses. We will view Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 from its gates and learn about New Orleans’ unique above-ground burial practices, as well as why this site has become one of the most filmed cemeteries in the city.

Being a private group, you have the space to take it all in. Pause for photos, ask questions, & spend more time in the places that draw you in.

You can choose your preferred start time. We can alter the meeting & ending locations to better serve you. This provides a seamless & comfortable experience. Optional enhancements can be added.

    Garden District

    Home to the wealthy and our major Mardi Gras Parades, this is where opulence and history meet in New Orleans. You will see the homes of the rich and famous as well as the infamous.

    Lafayette Cemetery No.1

    Here we will explain our unique burial procedures and tell you about the history of the cemetery and our families there. This cemetery is currently closed to the public but we view it through the iron gates. We will dispel many myths here about New Orleans.

    Buckner Mansion

    The Buckner mansion is 10,000 square feet and was built for Cotton king, Henry Buckner. It's best known for being the home used in American Horror Story, Coven. We have insight to this residence that no other tour company can tell.
