You choose the format: all tequila, tequila and mezcal side by side, or all mezcal. Tequila is the doorway most people already know; traditional mezcal is what happens when you walk through it. Tasting them against the same taco is the fastest way to hear the difference.

You taste, and we talk you through the agave, the palenque and the maestro mezcalero behind each bottle - a conversation that runs from the agave to the comal without getting solemn.
