What to expect

The pairing comes to you. Our mezcalero arrives at your villa, penthouse or apartment in Tulum with a cheese board built for agave and a flight chosen to sit beside it, drawn from our wall of more than 400 agave distillates.

Cheese and traditional mezcal are one of the most underrated pairings in Mexico: the salt and fat of the cheese round off the smoke, and the mezcal cuts back through it. We pour, you taste, and we talk you through the agave, the palenque and the maestro mezcalero behind each bottle - without getting solemn about it.

No experience needed. It happens where you are staying, so nobody has to go anywhere and nobody has to drive home.
