You will likely have the entire beach to yourselves, with a constant cooling breeze and tall coconut trees surrounding the most ideal beach chill spot ever!
Oildown
Oildown is the national dish made with breadfruit, carrots, okra, chicken, turkey all covered in coconut milk with callalou layers.
Brown Down
Stew of meat and veggies made by caramelizing local brown sugar, before the meat is added to the pot, your choice of chicken turkey or sea food.
Meet on Cabier Beach! You will see colorful row homes with parking areas and the beach is just to the left down the hill, follow the sound of the waves and the smells of the food simmering. The road is bumpy but offers signs with arrows to Ocean Lodge which is located right beside the beach.
