This first-of-its-kind immersive tasting lets you explore 6 unique styles of Vietnam’s national dish, each showing a different regional take on this popular iconic dish. Held in a cosy space in District 1, this experience kicks off with a warm welcome and a fun intro to phở’s cultural role, hosted by a passionate food-loving guide.

You’ll taste:

1. Northern-style pho bo – light, clear beef broth
2. Southern-style pho – richer broth with herbs
3. Pho ga – aromatic chicken broth
4. Dry-style pho – no broth, tossed in savory sauce
5. Crispy fried pho – crunchy and golden
6. Fresh pho rolls – soft noodle wraps with herbs and meat
