A one-day trip to Nyungwe Forest National Park include a canopy walk, a waterfall hike, and the newly added zipline experience. The zipline has three sections, ranging from 350m to the longest at 500m. The canopy walk offers views from a 70-meter high suspension bridge. The waterfall trail leads to the Ndambarare waterfall, with a 9.6km round trip.

Nyungwe National Park is located in southwestern Rwanda, near the border with Burundi.

The drive to Nyungwe is a scenic journey of approximately 5-6 hours. You'll arrive at the park in the morning, ready for activities. Morning: Begin with the zipline experience, which starts at the Uwinka Visitor Center. Mid-morning: Continue to the canopy walk, a guided experience on the Igishigishigi trail. Lunch: Enjoy a break for lunch, possibly at the Uwinka Reception Center. Afternoon: Hike to the Ndambarare waterfall, a 3-hour and 30-minute round trip. Late Afternoon: Return to Kigali.
