Please arrive at the hotel lobby or pick-up spot 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.If you require collection from Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT), our guide will be there to greet you. (Make sure to provide us with your ferry ticket information.) For drop-off at Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT), please let us know your ferry departure time (from Bintan to Singapore). A day before your activity, we’ll send you the car’s plate number along with the details of your driver or guide for your convenience.

What to expect

Join an immersive experience of making patterns on fabric using the traditional technique of Batik. Learn about the ancient wax-resist technique and experience first-hand how to make your own masterpiece.
Choose from a selection of classic and contemporary Batik designs or make your own. Relax and enjoy the experience while exploring your creative side. Create a very personal one-of-a-kind souvenir from Bintan.
Head to a studio located in the Ekang Village of Bintan, only a 20-minute drive from Bintan Resort Area.
Enjoy a welcome drink and receive a piece of cotton fabric, tools, and materials to be used during the workshop. Take home your Batik masterpiece and photo documentation.
