The building is shared between my business and a physiotherapy practice (they are really good btw, in case you have back issues during your hollidays :) ) Enter the courtyard, you will see some stairs going down on the left, with a sign saying "The Wine Compass", you are there!

*Cheese and Charcuteries (meat) are served during the activity, we NEED TO KNOW if you have any DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.
We always start the tastings with an explanation of how to taste a wine properly. The methode is based on the Wine & Spirit Education Trust systematic approach to wine tasting. Your guide reached the highest level of this school in London last year and has ten years of experience leading tasting to both amateurs and professionals.
Then along with tasting wines, he will guide you through the different areas within Burgundy, the different grapes, the history, the rules of production, how to read a label in Burgundy etc. Everything you want to understand about the region will be approched.
The atmosphere is always relaxed, you won't feel rushed, and you won't feel like you can't ask a question. We aim to make you feel confortable and make you want to come back!
