Meeting and pickup
Go to the departure gate of the airport one of our drivers will be waiting properly identified with your name. Go to the hotel reception desk and ask the receptionist for your transport. Your driver will normally be waiting for you at the reception desk.

What to expect
The customer makes the reservation online, indicating the date, time, pick-up point and final destination.
2 Confirmation :
Once the reservation is received, we send a detailed confirmation by email with all service information and driver details.
3. Prior coordination:
One day before travel, we reconfirm the exact time and location of the meeting point to ensure punctuality.
4. Collection:
The driver arrives at the agreed point at the set time, helps with luggage and checks the names of the passengers.
5. Transfer:
During the journey, passengers enjoy comfortable, safe and air-conditioned transportation. Short stops can be made if necessary (toilets, photographs or refreshments).
6. Arrival:
Upon arrival at the destination, the driver helps with the luggage and confirms that everything is in order before the end of the service.
