Tour also includes a bonus Tequila Tasting at a Co-op of small independent premium distilleries where where you will be introduced to Mezcal, Tequila, and Raicilla. You will have the opportunity to taste all three as well as 4 expressions of Tequila and several different flavored dessert Tequilas .

We will stop at at least three Mexican family owned eateries for tastings and at least four Mexican family owned Taco stands to eat tradition Mexican street food including Tacos. At each stop the guide will give a quick, colorful, and informative lecture on a different area of Mexican cuisine and culture. Our stops have been meticulously researched, tested and chosen to reflect the best of Mexican food and culture. No one leaves our tour hungry. Also the guide will inform the tour every time a restroom is available and how long till the next opportunity.

Stop in at a local Tequila shop for a story on the history and cultural relevance of Tequila in Mexico. Learn what it takes to be called Tequila. If of age (18) may taste several types of tequilas or even related beverages.
