Surfers Paradise Surf Camp Weligama is a family-run surf school offering friendly, professional coaching for beginners and intermediate surfers. Learn with experienced local instructors using the right surfboard for your level in the safe waves of Weligama Bay.

Enjoy small groups, personalized coaching, a relaxed beach atmosphere, and quality equipment. After your lesson, unwind on our beach sunbeds with a complimentary fresh king coconut while listening to chill music.

Whether you’re taking a single lesson or joining one of our surf packages, we’ll help you build confidence, improve your technique, and have fun in the water.

What to expect

Experience the best of Weligama with Surfers Paradise Surf Camp – Surf, Stay & Play. Learn to surf with experienced instructors in small groups at one of Sri Lanka’s best beginner beaches. After your lesson, relax on our beach sunbeds, enjoy a fresh king coconut, listen to chill music, or continue practicing in the waves. Meet surfers from around the world and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Our surf camp also offers accommodation packages, yoga or massage sessions, and unforgettable sunsets over Weligama Bay. Each surf lesson lasts 90 minutes, and you can choose one or two lessons per day depending on your package.
