Hulya is a former marketing professional from Istanbul who rebuilt her life in Kaş as a private chef and ceramic designer, and she brings that personal story and creative eye to the way she hosts.
The experience begins with coffee and conversation, then moves into practical, home style dishes like karnıyarık, meze, and rice, with a vegetarian option when needed, ending around the table the way locals actually eat.
