On google map, please enter house number 41 Đào Duy Từ, Đà Lạt (always use car driving mode to avoid small confusing alleys). Opposite this house is a cobblestone alley, go up to the alley, and stay left until you pass the school named Mê Linh and you will spot our house, number 4/36 Đào Duy Từ.
