You will start your day with a 5-6 hour drive from Entebbe/Kampala to Kibale Forest National Park. Once you arrive, you'll check in at your lodge and have the evening to relax and enjoy at your leisure. Kibale forest is famous for its population of habituated chimpanzees, offering visitors the opportunity to observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. also home to numerous other primate species, as well as a variety of birds and butterflies.
In the early morning, embark on a forest walk for chimpanzee tracking. Afterward, there will be a lunch break before transferring to Queen Elizabeth NP, which is a 2 to 3 hours journey. Upon arrival, you'll check-in at your lodge and then embark on an evening game drive at the savannah plains. You can then return to your lodge for the night.
The day starts with an early morning game drive to spot wildlife. After a lunch break, you'll enjoy a boat safari at Kazinga channel to see water animals and various bird species. Later, you'll transfer to Bwindi Forest, arriving in the evening for dinner and overnight stay
Drive to the park headquarters for a comprehensive briefing on gorilla trekking before embarking on a full day of trekking and observing the captivating mountain gorillas. After an hour with the gorilla you will walk out of the forest, commence a scenic 3-hour journey to Lake Bunyonyi for the next phase of your adventure.
After breakfast, you can enjoy a relaxing boat ride or canoeing on the serene and picturesque Lake. The lake is known for its stunning natural beauty, with lush green islands scattered across the water, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding after the adventure of gorilla trekking. In the afternoon, drive 2-3 Hours to Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda
Start with an 8AM briefing about the tracking experience. Head for a forest walk tracking these playful primates in the bamboo forest. The playful interactions and unique behaviors of the golden monkeys makes the experience truly memorable. After a satisfying encounter, enjoy a leisurely lunch then drive for 2-3 Hours to Kigali City
After breakfast, visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial, a profound historical site that honors the victims of the 1994 genocide. The memorial offers a thorough exploration of the events leading up to the genocide, the atrocities that occurred, and the ongoing efforts toward reconciliation and healing.
