What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We are located on 2nd floor, Terminal 2, Noibai International Airport. From the arrival hall 1 & 2, you just take the lift to the 2nd floor. We are on the left hand side of the lift. You also can find our representative office under the name: Vietnam Tourist Sim. Golden Bamboo travel office.
The end points are the exact address will be provided by guests in advance. We will set it up on the receipt, our driver must drop off the right location. And our guests don't have to pay any extra fee.
What to expect
Provide us full information of:
Full name of the guest
Flight number
Time of landing (Local time)
Number of guest (applied for 4 seater car/7 seater car/Minivan)
Hotel in Hanoi city center. We need exactly address for drop off
Our driver will wait at the arrival hall with a signboard saying guest name. For example: "Golden Bamboo Travel welcomes Mr/Ms: Elizabeth * 3pax. Flight No: CX888 @17.00"
After catching our driver, he will escort guests to our counter for settle the balance if need, get Data Sim Card or even reconfirm other services before heading to the guest's hotel.
Drop off at guest's hotel address
For Airport drop off, you just need to follow the following steps as following: Provide us the departure date, flight information and time of taking off, number of guest (to arrange the car)

Address for pick up
Booking confirmation number (To make sure that the services have booked)
