Kanazawa, Japan

2 hours 30 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: Japanese and 4 more

Join a fully hands-on Japanese cooking class at a long-established culinary school just 3 minutes from Kanazawa Station.
This is not a demonstration—each guest cooks every dish with clear, personal guidance.

You’ll learn practical skills you can recreate at home, including sushi shaping, making dashi, fluffy rolled omelets, and Jibuni, a Kanazawa specialty with samurai-era roots.
We also share the cultural background of each dish.

We use fresh, seasonal ingredients, including premium seafood from Omicho Market, trusted by top local restaurants.
Real-time AI translation on a large screen ensures smooth communication in English.

Please note: Vegan diets and guests avoiding fish-based dashi cannot be accommodated.
Please inform us of other dietary restrictions at booking, as same-day changes are not possible.

• Jibuni – Kanazawa’s signature chicken stew
• Dashi-Maki Tamago – soft rolled omelet with a Michelin-style recipe
• Dashi Broth – traditional bonito and kelp stock
