This is the small group tour of max 5 participants. Our tours are about exploring the history of Patan, a city with a strong connection to Newar Buddhism (Vajrayana influenced by Theravada). During the tour, we'll walk through both small and large areas of the city, learning about its traditions and culture, and how they still affect daily life today.

Here we will explore the Nepalese architecture buildings, shrines and palace and talk about the history of amazing Kathmandu Valley and Patan. The Patan Museum displays the traditional sacred arts of Nepal in an illustrious architectural setting. Its home is an old residential court of Patan Durbar, one of the royal palaces of former Malla Kings of the Kathmandu Valley. From Patan Museum we will Walk back to Patan Dhoka, our Meeting point. If any travelers wants to explore around the Patan Durbar square and wants to walk back on their own, they can end the tour at any point.
Patan Dhoka (Patan Gate) is our meeting point and we will share the story about how the Malla Kings had arranged the security of old city of Patan and talk about the murals on the walls of the gate.
