At the "In Vino Veritas" wine shop in Sorrento, travelers enter a world where wine is the protagonist, located in the beating heart of the city, Piazza Tasso. This tasting experience, offered both privately and in groups, takes place in a unique setting: a cellar dug into the tuff beneath the main square, offering an intimate and historic atmosphere.
Here, immersed in this underground retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, guests will have the opportunity to explore the flavors and aromas of the region's finest wines. Accompanied by traditional appetizers, participants will be guided by an expert sommelier who will illustrate the different varieties of wine, telling the history and production techniques of each bottle.
Meeting point: the In Vino Veritas wine shop is located in Viale Enrico Caruso, 10 in Sorrento (80067), a few meters from the main square (Piazza Torquato Tasso). It is possible to access on foot.

What to expect
The tasting will take place as follows:
The Sommelier presents the selected wines to the participants, providing information on their origin, grape varieties, production methods and other relevant characteristics.
The explanation will follow with the objective and subjective elements of each label brought to the tasting through sight, smell and taste.
During the entire tasting process, participants share their impressions and opinions on the wines, encouraging discussion and comparison.
In addition to the labels, food will be offered that pairs well with the wines tasted, enriching the experience. At the end of the tasting, participants can evaluate the wines and share their final impressions. This could include choosing their favorite wine from the tasting.
