    Death Valley National Park

    Depart from the Luxor or Treasure Island hotels in Las Vegas and travel through the scenic Mojave Desert while your guide shares stories about Death Valley. Stop at the Area 51 Alien Center for a quick breakfast break, photos, and time to browse the gift shop. Explore the abandoned buildings and outdoor sculptures of Rhyolite Ghost Town before walking across the golden Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes. Continue to the Furnace Creek Visitor Center to learn about Death Valley's unique geology and history, then enjoy free time for lunch (not included) at Furnace Creek. Visit Badwater Basin, the lowest point in North America, and walk across its vast salt flats. Stop at Harmony Borax Works to discover the park's mining history, then end the day at Zabriskie Point, where colorful badlands and sweeping desert views provide the perfect final photo stop before returning to Las Vegas.
