Arrival Self Fast Track
- Please provide the flight number when making a reservation.
- Select the service date based on the flight departure date.
- If the arrival time is after midnight (00:01 or later) due to a date change, please enter the actual arrival date and time in the additional information section.
- Please enter a messenger ID (mandatory) or an emergency contact phone number in the traveler details/information section. ( LINE / WhatsApp / Telegram, etc.)
- Assistance with Arrival Visa procedures is not provided.
※ If any passenger requires an Arrival Visa, additional waiting time may occur due to the visa issuance process.
Usage method
Arrival Self Fast Track Service Instructions
Service instructions will be sent via messenger ID one day before the date of use.
1. Please make sure the messenger ID search/receive settings are enabled for smooth communication.
2. After getting off the aircraft, proceed to Gate D5
Use the Fast Track Lane located next to the immigration area.
3. Present the booking confirmation at the Fast Track entrance
- The booking confirmation can be shown as a mobile image (screenshot accepted).
4. Check passport stamp after completing immigration
- Please make sure the entry stamp is correctly placed in the passport after completing immigration.
Additional Information & Notes
[Mandatory] Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) Information
Effective May 1, 2025, All travelers are required to pre-apply for their immigration arrival card online.
Failure to do so may result in long delays at immigration or, in the worst-case scenario, denial of entry.
The form must be completed and submitted online within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Please ensure this is completed before boarding the flight.
※ Please note that any delays or entry denials resulting from a missing TDAC will be classified as a No-Show. Consequently, Fast Track service assistance will not be available. The Fast Track service holds no liability for arrival delays caused by a missing TDAC, and no refunds will be provided.

Reservation Notice
The service date must be reserved based on the flight departure date. Please select the correct date when making a reservation.
Please enter a messenger ID (mandatory) or an emergency contact phone number in the traveler details/information section. (KakaoTalk / LINE / WhatsApp / Telegram, etc.)
If any member of the group is traveling in Business Class, all passengers must purchase the service separately.
(Partial group use of the Fast Track service is not available.)
Availability may vary depending on the visa type.
- Not Available: ED VISA / DTV VISA
- Available: Non-Immigrant Visa / Work Permit Holders / Retirement Visa
Domestic flights within Thailand are not eligible for the Fast Track service.
Passengers arriving on flights departing from Cambodia cannot use the Fast Track service regardless of nationality.
Self Fast Track service is not available for nationals of China, Cambodia, Israel, India, and Myanmar.
Fast Track Service Important Notes
This service is provided to help passengers use the Fast Track immigration lane more conveniently.
It does not guarantee immigration approval or replace the immigration officer’s decision.
Immigration clearance is subject to the decision of the immigration officer.
If entry is denied due to immigration officer judgment or personal reasons, assistance cannot be provided.
※ In case of delays or issues caused by the above reasons, the Fast Track service will not be responsible and refunds will not be available.
If instructions cannot be received due to unavailable messenger ID search settings, responsibility for non-use of the service lies with the passenger.
Incorrect use of the Fast Track lane or failure to use the service on the reserved date will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
If the assigned staff member is not at the designated meeting point without prior notice, please contact the provided contact number immediately.
Additional Information
After completing arrival procedures, please make sure the entry stamp is correctly stamped in the passport.
Photography and video recording may be restricted during airport procedures and while using airport services.
Violations may result in inconvenience during immigration procedures or fines. Please follow airport regulations.
