This is a one-way airport transfer from/to CDG airport. Please provide your Pickup and Drop-off address in advance! This transfer service is only available for properties in the Paris City Center. We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area.

Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers.

What to expect

For the Hotel for Airport: Your driver will wait for you at the hotel lobby. Our customer service will help you meet the driver when you arrive. Please turn on your phone and maintain your internet connection to keep your phone communication smooth.

For Airport to Hotel: If you have paid for the “MEET AND GREET AT AIRPORT” service, the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. If you haven’t paid for the “MEET AND GREET AT AIRPORT” service, the driver will contact you and text you the meeting point. Please ensure your phone is switched on and accessible.
