This transfer service is only available for properties in Tokyo City Center (Tokyo 23 wards include Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Nerima, Ota Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, Narita, and Toshima. We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service, Please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes, a fee of 30 USD per hour will be charged Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers. Please note: If you need a Child Seat, there will be an extra fee. Please contact us in advance to request and pay the extra fee. 1* baby/child seat will occupy 1.5 seat
