What to expect

For Airport to Hotel:
International arrival: After picking up your luggage, proceed to Gate 2. Once outside Gate 2, turn left and look for a sign with the letters "SG." Find the staff corresponding to the sign, check your name and hotel with them, and please wait patiently for 5-15 minutes.. -Please, ensure your phone is switched on and accessible.

Domestic arrival: After picking up your luggage, get out of Gate 1 and look for the sign "SG" on the railings opposite PP mart on the left side. Find the sign and check your name and hotel with the staff, and wait patiently for 5-15 minutes.
