Driver Details & Communication
Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details.
For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated.
The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination.

Meeting Points – Central London
Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time.
If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided.
Waiting Time Policy – Central London
We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up.
If passengers doesn’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slots, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link.
To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time.
No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.
Luggage Assistance
Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
