If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers doesn’t show within 20 minutes, extended waiting will be charged per 15-minute slots, which covers the driver’s time. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time. No-Show: If after 45 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience. Service Coverage This private service is valid one-way between Central London and Southampton Cruise Port. Please note that our standard pick-up service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. Luggage Allowance

How many luggages/suitcases per vehicle type?

Saloon - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
MPV - up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases.
Large MPV - up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Executive - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Luxury - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.

Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.

If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.

It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.

Service Limitations

We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required.

Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.

Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
