Meeting Points – Southampton Cruise Port The pick-up location at Southampton Cruise Port depends on the terminal where your cruise ship embarks. Upon arrival at Southampton Cruise Terminal, port staff will direct all passengers to the designated pick-up area. Your driver will be waiting at this point and will approach you directly once you arrive. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy – Southampton Cruise Port We understand that disembarkation procedures may take time, so our policy allows for generous waiting: Free Waiting Time: 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time Extended Waiting: If passengers doesn’t show within 20 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, starting from £12.50 per 15-minute slot. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card, via a secure payment link. Communication During Delays: In case of major delays in disembarking or collecting luggage, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion. No-Show: If after 45 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience. Service Coverage This private service is valid one-way between Southampton Cruise Port and Central London. Please note that our standard drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee.
