What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 15 min after arrival time. The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the port unless we are informed that there have been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area. That is a total of 30 minutes of free waiting time after the cruise has arrived. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee. If after 45 minutes the customer cannot be contacted or does not respond, this will result in a customer no-show, and a refund will no longer be possible. How many luggages/suitcases per vehicle type?
Saloon - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
MPV - up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases.
Large MPV - up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Executive - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Luxury - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.
If you are travelling with additional luggage, a larger vehicle will be required at an extra cost. Please contact our reservations team for assistance with upgrading your vehicle.
Oversized or excessive items (e.g. golf clubs, bikes, surfboards) may be subject to restrictions—kindly inquire in advance to confirm if they can be accommodated.
When picking up from Southampton Port, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area.
The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.
When the driver meets the passenger, they will help you with the luggage, when picking it up to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading it from the car.
