For Airport Pick-up: We monitor and track all the flights, we will pick you up even if your flight is delayed. Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 60 min after landing. The driver will then wait a further 30 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area. That is a total of 90 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed. If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and airport carpark fee. Example of waiting time fees: 0 min to 90 min - free 90 min to 105 min - £10 105 min to 120 min - £20 120 min to 135 min - £30 135 min to 150 min - £40 If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible. Heathrow Airport waiting area: Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 we meet our customers by WHSmith. Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 we meet our customers at Nero Coffee. Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 we meet our customers at Costa Coffee. Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 we meet our customers at Costa Coffee. Please choose the convenient pick-up location.
