We will always make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up you. We are sending you the driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary. Free waiting time up to 15 minutes for Central London pickup, £12.5 each 15 min thereafter. The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location. When the driver meets the passenger, he will help him with the luggage, when picking it up to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading it from the car.
