Waiting Time Policy – Central London
We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up.
If passengers don’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link.
To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time.
No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
