Meeting and pickup
Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board after your Pickup time The driver will then wait a further 30 minutes before leaving the port unless we are informed that there have been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area. That is a total of 30 minutes of free waiting time after the cruise has arrived. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional each 15 minutes of waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £12.50 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee. If after 45 minutes the customer cannot be contacted or does not respond, this will result in a customer no-show. Cruise arrivals waiting area: Dover Cruise Terminal 1 Dover Cruise Terminal 2 Please specify your arrival time and Cruise Terminal. If any issues, please call our office phone number and we will be happy to assist you.

What to expect

You will receive by WhatsApp or Email the driver details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.
If you use WhatsApp, the driver will inform you in real time of his arrival time to pick you up.
When picking up from Dover Port, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board.
The driver will help you with the luggages by loading them it to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading them from the car.
