What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our driver will arrive at the pickup point at the time requested in the booking. The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point, unless we are informed that you may need more time to get ready for pickup. That is a total of 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time fees of £12.50 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver. Please specify your pickup time and pickup place including the postcode. If any issues, please call our office phone number and we will be happy to assist you.
What to expect
We will contact you by WhatsApp or Email if we need additional details for this booking, if necessary we can adjust the pick-up time and location at the customer's request.
Within 12 hours before your pickup time starts, you will receive by WhatsApp or Email the driver details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.
If you use WhatsApp, the driver will inform you in real time of his arrival.
The driver will help you with the luggages by loading them it to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading them from the car.
