A shuttle transfer is a shared transportation service between set destinations, and depending on demand, you may be travelling with other passengers who have similar pick-up locations and are going in the same direction. There may be additional stops along the way to pick up or drop off guests. Unlike standard coach or bus shuttles, this is a door-to-door service — we collect you directly from your hotel or address in Central London and drop you off at your designated cruise terminal in Southampton. Shuttle transfers are an excellent choice for travellers seeking a cost-effective option, while still enjoying comfortable and reliable service. If you prefer to travel exclusively, without sharing the vehicle, please select one of our Private Transfer options. Driver Details & Communication Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Central London Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Pick-Up Time Coordination As this is a shuttle transfer service, we may occasionally make small adjustments to the originally selected pick-up time to coordinate multiple collections along the way and ensure an efficient route for everyone, if it’s the case. If an adjustment is required, you will be informed at least 24 hours in advance and provided with the updated schedule. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers doesn’t show within 20 minutes, extended waiting will be charged per 15-minute slots, which covers the driver’s time. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time. No-Show: If after 45 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.

Service Coverage

This service is valid one-way between Central London and Southampton Cruise Port. Please note that our standard pick-up service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing.

Luggage Allowance

Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Each passenger is allowed one large or medium suitcase, one carry-on suitcase, and one personal item such as a backpack or handbag.

Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.

If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.

It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.

Service Limitations

We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required.

Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
