Southampton Port to Heathrow and London - Shuttle Transfers

This is a shared transfer service from Southampton Cruise Port to Central London.

A shuttle transfer is a shared transportation service between set destinations, and depending on demand, you may be travelling with other passengers who have similar pick-up locations and are going to the same destination. There may be additional stops in Southampton or in proximity of your pick-up location to pick up other guests.

Unlike standard coach or bus shuttles, this is a door-to-door service. We collect you directly from your designated cruise terminal or hotel in Southampton and drop you off at your hotel or address in Central London.

Depending on the total number of passengers booked, the vehicle may be used exclusively by your group or shared with one additional group travelling on the same route.

Shuttle transfers are an excellent choice for travellers seeking a cost-effective option, while still enjoying comfortable and reliable service.

Service Coverage

This service is valid one-way between Southampton Cruise Port and Central London. Please note that our standard drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing.

Luggage Allowance

Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Each passenger is allowed one large or medium suitcase, one carry-on suitcase, and one personal item such as a backpack or handbag.
Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.
It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.

Service Limitations

We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required.
Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
