The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time.

If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided.

Waiting Time Policy – Central London

We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up.
If passengers don't show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link.

To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time.

No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.

The pick-up location at Portsmouth Cruise Port depends on the terminal where your cruise ship disembarks. Upon arrival at Portsmouth Cruise Port, port staff will direct all passengers to the designated pick-up area. Your driver will be waiting at this point and will approach you directly once you arrive.

Extended Waiting: If passengers don't show within 20 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, starting from £12.50 per 15-minute slot. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card, via a secure payment link.

Communication During Delays: In case of major delays in disembarking or collecting luggage, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion.

No-Show: If after 45 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.

Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.

Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.

Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.

If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.

It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.

Service Limitations

We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required.

Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
