Port Pick-up Instructions: You will receive your assigned driver’s details and phone number within 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, allowing you to contact them if needed. Upon disembarkation, please follow the directions given by the cruise staff—they will guide passengers to the designated pick-up zones. Your driver will be waiting at the assigned pick-up area. Please inform the driver if there are significant delays with customs or disembarkation. If the customer cannot be reached within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, or does not show up, this will be considered a no-show and a refund will not be possible. How many luggages/suitcases per vehicle type? Saloon - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases. MPV - up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases. Large MPV - up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases. Executive - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases. Luxury - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases. Each passenger can bring one handbag or backpack. If you require extra luggage please don't hesitate to contact our reservation team. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
