Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details.
For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated.
The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow smooth coordination.

Our drivers provide a meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal, holding a board with your name for easy recognition. Waiting Time Policy - Heathrow Airport
We understand that passport control and baggage claim may take time, so our policy allows for generous waiting:
Free Waiting Time: 75 minutes from the actual landing time. This includes 60 minutes at the meeting point plus an additional 15 minutes grace.
Extended Waiting: If passengers doesn’t show within 75 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category, starting from £12.50 per slot. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card, via a secure payment link.
Communication During Delays: In case of major delays at passport control or baggage reclaim, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion.
No-Show: If after 90 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.

We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up.
If passengers don’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, starting from £12.50 per slot. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link.
No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.
Meet & Greet & Luggage Assistance
Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.
