What's Included
Meeting and pickup
This product is valid for one way, for pickups from any terminal in Southampton Port to Central London areas or Heathrow Airport Via Windsor Castle. We will contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary we can adjust the pick- up time and location at the customer's request. We are sending you the driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary. Free waiting time up to 15 minutes for pick-up. Our driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time they will arrive at the pick-up location. When the driver meets the passenger, he will help them with the luggage, when picking it up to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading it from the car.
What to expect

Driver Details: Providing the customer with your driver's details and contact number for convenience and communication.
Communication with Customer: The driver maintains contact with the customer, providing precise arrival times at the pick-up location.

How many luggages/suitcases per vehicle type?
Saloon - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
MPV - up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases.
Large MPV - up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Executive - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Luxury - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.
If you are travelling with additional luggage, a larger vehicle will be required at an extra cost. Please contact your reservations team for assistance with upgrading your vehicle.
Oversized or excessive items (e.g. golf clubs, bikes, surfboards) may be subject to restrictions—kindly inquire in advance to confirm if they can be accommodated.
