Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details.
For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated.
The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates.
If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided.

Waiting Time Policy – Central London

We include 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers doesn’t show within 20 minutes, extended waiting will be charged per 15-minute slots, which covers the driver’s time. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link.

To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time.

No-Show: If after 45 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.

Salisbury Stop

This private transfer includes a 75-minute stop in Salisbury, giving you the perfect opportunity to explore one of England’s most historic cities at your own pace.

During your visit, you may wish to see the iconic Salisbury Cathedral, home to one of the original copies of the Magna Carta. The Magna Carta, signed in 1215, is a historic royal charter that established the principle that everyone, including the king, is subject to the law and is widely regarded as a foundation of modern democracy and legal rights.

Please note that entry tickets are not included in the transfer price and must be purchased separately in advance from the official website.

Service Coverage

This service is valid one-way between Central London and Southampton, via Salisbury. Please note that our standard pick-up and drop-off service covers Central London. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing.

Luggage Allowance

Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Allowances per vehicle type are:
Saloon: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
MPV : Up to 4 passengers, 4 large/medium suitcases + 4 carry-ons.
Large MPV: Up to 6 passengers, 6 large/medium suitcases + 6 carry-ons.
Executive: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
Luxury: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
Each passenger may also bring one personal item, such as a handbag or backpack.
Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.
It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.

Service Limitations

Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
