This adventure start in the mountains of Tepotzotlan, where we will visit the fields where the agave is planted.

Pulque has its origin in the prehispanyc times and its also call "The beverage of the gods"
You can taste aguamiel, pulque and pulque curado.

Then we´ll have a workshop to know about the local gastronomy, you can taste insects, plants, pulque and you´ll cook salsa and tortillas. You´ll love it!!

    This adventure start in the mountains of Tepotzotlan, where we will visit the fields where the agave is planted. Here you´ll know about the plant, its properties and you will learn how a "tlachiquero" get sweet water of the heart of the plant and how that water is become into pulque. Then we´ll have a workshop to know about the local gastronomy, you can taste insects, plants, pulque and you´ll cook salsa and tortillas. You´ll love it!!
