The classes are conducted in a traditional open-air kitchen surrounded by woods forest and guests can learn how to prepare traditional Balinese dishes using ingredients sourced from the farm.
The experienced local chef (host) also provide insights into the Balinese culture and cooking techniques.

Meeting and pickup
In the map you can search "bird hills bali". Our cooking class located up at the mountain. The road a bit bumpy. There is a sign "Mystery Mountain Cooking Class By Bird Hills Bali". Just enter the small line. Park the bike / car beside the road. That's okay.
What to expect
You will experience 5 different Balinese dishes within a fun 4-hour session. Each processes will be shown by our skilled chef, from the mise en place until ready to served. Enjoy your own cook when the class finished.
Menu will not be disclose to make you more curious and be surprised!
Note: Vegan menu is available by request
