What to expect

Confirmation: Upon successful booking, we will confirm the pickup time, location, and number of passengers via email or messaging apps (WeChat/WhatsApp).

Easy Pickup: Your driver will arrive 10 minutes early at your designated Osaka hotel lobby or residence. You can easily identify your driver by a nameplate or the specific vehicle color and license plate number provided in advance.

Comfortable Journey: The trip from Osaka to Lake Biwa takes approximately 60-90 minutes. While we prioritize a direct route for efficiency, the drive offers scenic views as we pass near the Mt. Hiei area.

Drop-off: Your driver will deliver you safely to your specific Lake Biwa destination (e.g., Otsu, Hikone, or your resort) and assist with your luggage.
